Service Supply offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are not satisfied with the quality of your item and meet the following conditions:
• You must contact us first, before sending item back. Call 563-872-5065 or email sales@servicesupplyamerica.com..
• Must be returned in 30 days for a full refund, or within 60 days for store credit.
• Includes a copy of the invoice or sales order confirmation.
• It must be undamaged, unused, in its original package.
• It must be a regular stocked item.
• Return policy will vary on items that ship directly from the manufacturer. On some vendors/items there is a restock fee. Some items are non-returnable.
• Freight is generally not refundable unless an order was filled incorrectly.
